Fuel Gage & Sending Unit Set - 12v - 56 Replacement - 1 Per car

The sender in this kit is different from the replacement sender part# 9275B.
Ohm range 50-250 Full-Empty
This kit uses a different technology to work the gage. Both pieces form this kit must be used.
i.e. You can't use an original sending unit or our '56 replacement sending unit 9276B.
Q: Customer has 1/2 tank but gage reads just over quarter. Bend float rod?
A: Float rod should not be bent. Float is designed to move through the entire depth of the tank and bending it one way or the other will make it hit the top or the bottom of the tank. We calibrate so that empty reads empty. It might be that you still have a gallon or two in there.
