Steering Wheel - Small Od 56/57 - 15" - 1 Per car

This replaces the 56/57 style steering wheel including passenger cars. It includes a smaller horn ring. The center medallion is not a correct logo part, but original style replacements can be purchased and installed (56-13A806C, 57-13A806D). The backing plate is provided in silver, as used in 1956. The plate would need to be painted black for the correct look for 1957.

Sold only in black but can be dyed or painted. CASCO offers this service in our Custom Shop see 3600SMCC.

This unit is not suggested for use on the ‘55. Although it would fit and is smaller in diameter, it is also dished. The original ‘55 wheel is flat. So this wheel will end up closer to the driver even though it is smaller in diameter. Also, the turn signal handle would not be parallel to the steering wheel. If your car has a ‘56 or ‘57 style steering column, then the full benefit of the smaller-diameter steering wheel will be realized.
