These are used on all three years of TBird. They are installed between the windlace and the kick panel located under the dash and forward of the door. The edge of the kick panel is inserted into the retainer.
The kick panel retainers are painted (dyed) the same color as the kick panels - with exception of the 1955 Goldenrod Yellow where the kick panel is yellow but the retainer and windlace are black. |
