This is the spring clip and rubber bumper that is used on the original style simulated wire wheel basket wheel covers.
High quality spring steel is used to help this clip maintain it's shape and stay in place.
Typically 5 clips are used per wheel.
Note that part number 1151 - rubber bumper is included.
